Neridah Waters

Neridah Waters is a choreographer, performer and theatre maker. She has toured extensively here and overseas including Belgium, The Netherlands, Canada, England and the USA with projects including Lala Parlour’s Tarnished, The Common People Dance Project and The Escapistsboy girl wall.

Her work as an actor includes The Dance of Jeremiah, The Year Nick McGowan Came To Stay, Attack of the Attacking Attackers! and Johnno for La Boite, Sacre Bleu with Queensland Theatre, Tashi for Imaginary Theatre and Railway Wonderland for NORPA.

As a choreographer Neridah’s work includes: The Venetian Twins, The Cherry Orchard, Away, The Glass Menagerie and Show for Queensland Theatre, Blue Bones for Playlab and Brisbane Powerhouse, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Kitchen Diva for La Boite and a number of large-scale community projects for Queensland Music Festival including - Boomtown in Gladstone, Under This Sky in Logan and The Power Within in Isaac. Current projects include Performance Squad for The Commonwealth Games and choreography for The Eisteddfod at Metro Arts and a large-scale dance project with schools in South-East QLD for QPAC’s Out Of The Box Festival.

Neridah studied acting at UWS Nepean and has trained in Japan with Tadashi Suzuki and Frank Theatre.
